The Guest LoungeThe Camilla House has an enchanting high ceilinged reception room with marble fire-place that has been furnished in a fresh, modern style for guests to relax, unwind and entertain in.
Guests are greeted on arrival and led to this room where tea / coffee and a real Cornish treat - 'Thunder & Lightening' (a local alternative to the common cream-tea) is offered while the process of signing in is completed and an introduction to Penzance & the Camilla House is given in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Guest Lounge is, well, for guests. Come and watch digital TV or a DVD from the library of films held at the Camilla House; read from the selection of books and magazines; play Cornish Monopoly or use the iMac computer and our free-to-guest broadband connection to check emails or surf the web to decide where to visit next.
