Rates
Our competitive daily rate is per person and is inclusive of full breakfast options (see Quick Links to the right for details of breakfast at the Camilla House) and
VAT (currently 17.5% within the UK). The prices for double or twin rooms is based
on two people sharing, if you would like single occupancy of a double room then please call us to discuss your requirements.

Seasonal Offers are available at certain times of the year which are designed to provide excellent value for money for guests looking to spend a few days (or more) in Penzance, please check
by following the Quick Links menu. At certain times we may be able to offer
single occupancy of a double en-suite, please contact us direct for the
rate.
As one of our guests put it 'why would we want to pay more for less?'.
Important Information
- Check-in time is normally between 2.00p.m. and 6.00p.m. but we
are happy to make other arrangements if you let us know in advance
- for example we will take your luggage earlier in the day even though
your room may not be ready at that time so you may start exploring
as soon as you arrive in Penzance.
- Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. on day
of departure so that we can prepare them for the next arrival, but you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until
you are ready to continue your journey.
- There is no service charge added to the final bill nor do we charge
extra for payment by credit / debit cards (all major cards accepted).
- Sorry, no pets (other than guide dogs).
- Due to an unfortunate increase in the number of cancellations being
made we do now require the means to collect a deposit as specified in the
confirmation of availability e-mail sent to you - we recommend holiday
insurance to cover this eventuality. If you book on-line from this web site you will be asked to provide payment by debit or credit card and this will be collected at the time of booking - please ensure you are certain about your dates as this service is provided by a third party booking and reservation system which do charge for cancellations.
- Daily rate quoted is based on two people sharing a double
or twin room and one person in a single. A single supplement applies
to double / twin rooms occupied by one person and is subject to availability.
- Due to the demand for rooms from our core market of guests
wishing to enjoy the many & varied facets of West Cornwall in a relaxed
style we have found it necessary to
request a minimum of three nights stay from the beginning of April
though to the end of October when advanced bookings are being
made. That said, if there is 'last minute' availability
between existing bookings for one or two nights we would be delighted
to accommodate your requirements - we do keep our on-line availability up-to-date so please check.
