Important Information

  • There is no service charge added to the final bill nor do we charge extra for payment by credit / debit cards (all major cards accepted).

  • Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure, but you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until you are ready to continue your journey.

  • Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival but we are happy to take your luggage earlier in the day so you may start exploring as soon as you arrive in Penzance - please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this service.

  • Sorry, no pets (other than guide dogs).

  • Due to an unfortunate increase in the number of cancellations being made we do now require a non-refundable deposit as specified in the confirmation of availability e-mail sent to you - we recommend holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

  • Daily rate quoted is based on two people sharing a double or twin room and one person in a single. A single supplement applies to double / twin rooms occupied by one person and is subject to availability.

  • Due to the demand for 'Superior' rooms we have found it necessary to request a minimum of three nights stay from the beginning of April though to the end of October when advanced bookings are being made for these type of rooms. That said, if there is availability between existing bookings for one or two nights we will be delighted to accommodate your requirements.
    Similarly, one night bookings for any type of room will not normally be accepted in advance as this often prevents us from catering for our core market of guests wishing to enjoy the many & varied facets of West Cornwall in a relaxed style.
