Guest reviews of The Camilla house

What opinion a guest has of the Camilla House is very important to us as not only does it helps us identify what we can do better but it provides invaluable feedback to others who are making an informed choice of where they would like to stay in Penzance, Cornwall.

We obtain guest reviews through a number of means - there is the traditional 'Visitors Book' in the Camilla House lounge from which we have included some comments at the bottom of this page. The most reliable on-line reviews are from the 'Eviivo' system we use to manage our availability and provide web-based booking facilities for guests. Everybody who books at the Camilla House is invited to grade us against a number of criteria, for example the quality of the rooms, the facilities, value for money, staff service, friendliness, location, cleanliness and the breakfasts we supply.

The advantage of this system is that review feedback can only be provided by real guests who have actually stayed at the Camilla House which is important when sifting through other sources of review material during the decision making process.
